退款政策

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns only if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

To request a return, please contact us at jeacceramics@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will need to be sent to:
Strathfield, NSW, 2135, Australia (street details provided upon return request)

Important Notes:

• The item must be in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked postage service. The item remains your responsibility until it is received by us.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and would like an exchange, please email us at jeacceramics@outlook.com. Once your return is approved and received, we will process the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
